Our pricing is published on the pricing page rather than hidden behind a form. Quotes below roughly $100 per user usually signal thin coverage somewhere.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Thirty days' notice, any time, for any reason. Most providers in this market use three-year auto-renewing agreements. We would rather earn the month.
What is the onboarding fee for?
Discovery, documentation, deploying monitoring and security agents, hardening identity, and fixing whatever is already broken. It runs $2,000 to $5,000 depending on size and it is scoped after the assessment, not guessed at on the first call. A provider quoting $0 onboarding is absorbing that work somewhere else, and a provider quoting over $10,000 for a small network is overreaching.
