We migrate Toronto businesses onto Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace, from on-premise Exchange, and from another tenant after an acquisition. Scope and price are fixed by mailbox count before we start. Mail, calendars, contacts and files move with history intact, cutover happens outside business hours, and the tenant is handed over hardened rather than left on Microsoft's defaults.
What is included
- Google Workspace, on-premise Exchange, IMAP and tenant-to-tenant consolidation
- Full mail, calendar, contact and OneDrive/SharePoint history preserved
- Cutover scheduled outside business hours, with a documented rollback plan
- Tenant handed over hardened: MFA enforced, legacy authentication disabled, conditional access configured
- Licensing reviewed before migration so you are not paying for seats you do not use
- Fixed price agreed in writing before any work starts
Questions people ask
How much downtime should we expect?
For most businesses under 100 mailboxes, none during business hours. Data is pre-staged over several days, then the mail-flow cutover happens on a Friday evening or Saturday. Users sign in Monday to a working mailbox with their history in it.
Do we keep our email history?
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and shared mailboxes migrate with full history. We run a delta sync immediately before cutover so nothing sent during the migration window is lost.
Can you handle a migration after an acquisition?
Yes. Tenant-to-tenant consolidations are their own discipline because of identity conflicts, duplicate domains and licence reassignment. They take longer than a standard migration and we scope them separately.
